Blown Film Extrusion
Maliplast combines in-house compounding with advanced 5-layer blown film technology on a new production line. By using our own compounds, we can tailor material properties precisely to the extrusion process. In addition, the same 5-layer technology is available in our laboratory, allowing us to carry out trials with smaller amounts of material. This enables faster product development, efficient testing, and high-performance hotmelt films with consistent quality and stable processing.

5-layer Film Technology
5-layer film technology uses five separate extruders, allowing each layer to be designed individually for optimized film performance.
