Maliplast’s key strength lies in its in-house compounding capabilities prior to film and web extrusion. Since hotmelt adhesives are soft, tacky, and have low viscosity, they can be difficult to process. By developing and adjusting formulations internally, Maliplast can tailor each compound precisely to its film and web production processes. This ensures stable manufacturing, high output, and reduced waste through the re-use of materials. The compounds are produced on a new state-of-the-art compounding line based on German technology.
