Melt Blown Extrusion
Maliplast combines in-house compounding with advanced melt blown technology. By using our own compounds, we can tailor material properties precisely to the extrusion process. A key strength of our melt blown extrusion technology is the use of multiple dies, allowing us to produce a multi-layer web structure. This results in a more uniform web with a more homogeneous fiber distribution, leading to improved bonding performance and more consistent product quality.

Multi-layer Web Technology
A key strength of our melt blown extrusion technology is the use of multiple dies, allowing us to produce a multi-layer web structure. This results in a more uniform web with a more homogeneous fiber distribution, leading to improved bonding performance and more consistent product quality.
Using this technology, we can manufacture not only more unform web structures (type-1) but also webs with 2 different layers of adhesives (type-2):
